Work with Kirsten Tibballs and Robyn Curnow in this one-day hands-on class for all skill levels learning a variety of techniques, flavours and garnishes while creating the following Christmas desserts:
Pudding - Designed to be served frozen or straight from the fridge, and bursting with Summer red fruits and nuts to give it a festive feel.
Concorde Tree – Christmas tree-shaped dessert created with layers of chocolate meringue and chocolate mousse.
Chocolate Truffles - Filled with caramel ganache and finished with gold metallic.
Bon bon Biscuits – Chocolate biscuits filled with chocolate ganache which are a perfect accompaniment to tea and coffee or given as a gift.
Chocolate Wreath – Garnished with glace fruits and nuts, perfect as a gift or Christmas ornament.
